One move each morning

No charts to decode, no tabs to dig through. Rascal tells you what changed overnight and what to do about it — in the time it takes to read a text.

Every night, priced with a reason

Weekends, holidays, festivals — all accounted for, every morning. You’ll never look at a number and wonder where it came from.

Results you can point at

Apply a change and Rascal watches what happens. Two weeks later, the scoreboard shows what it earned from your real bookings — and it never counts money that didn’t land.

THE HONEST COMPARISON

Advisor vs. the tools that take over

Auto-pricers want your login, your controls, and a fee that never ends. Rascal wants five minutes with your coffee.

Advisor questions, answered

What exactly does the Advisor do every day?

Every morning Rascal re-prices your next 90 nights: he checks the rentals you track, your own calendar (through a read-only iCal link), and events near your listing. If something's worth changing, you get a short note saying exactly what and why. Quiet days stay quiet.

Does it change my prices for me?

No — and that's the point. Auto-pricing tools need your Airbnb login and push prices you never see. Rascal never touches your account: the calendar link is read-only, and every change is a decision you make. You stay the pilot; Rascal keeps the lookout.

How do I know the advice actually works?

Rascal measures it. When you apply a change, he watches your calendar for the next two weeks and counts what happened to your booked nights — real results, not projections. Those results feed back in, so the advice gets measurably smarter about your listing the longer he runs.

Is the Season Pass really one-time? What happens at day 90?

Really one-time. Your card is charged once and never stored against a renewal. Near the end of your pass Rascal emails a summary of what the season produced and a renew button. Do nothing, and the pass simply ends — no charge, nothing to cancel, and your data stays saved.

What do I need to set up?

Two things make the advice sharp: paste your calendar's iCal link (Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com all provide one — read-only, no login) and add a few rentals you compare yourself to. About five minutes, and Rascal tells you honestly how much each piece sharpens his notes.

How is this different from the $9 Snapshot Report?

The Snapshot is one deep look: 30 nights priced, once. The Advisor is Rascal on watch — he re-prices your season every day, flags what changed, and tracks whether each change you make paid off.

Tomorrow morning, know exactly what your season is doing.

Five minutes of setup tonight. A note worth reading with your coffee tomorrow. One payment, no strings, and a scoreboard that tells you the truth.

Prefer the whole year? The Annual Pass is $129, once.

Auto-renew is off by default. Rascal earns the re-up.
